Fresh Start Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us with questions or requests.

Information you give us

We collect personal information when you choose to give it to us through:

• Our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.
• Our newsletter signup and course waitlist forms: your first name and email address.
• Booking a call: when you book through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking, and shares it with us so we can hold the meeting.
• Email: anything you send to support@freshstartconsulting.io.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (country/region level), and what device and browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use this information only to improve the site. We don't use it to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry or contact request
• To schedule and hold calls you book

We don't use your information for behavioral advertising or profiling.

Who processes your information

• Formspree handles our contact form and delivers submissions to us by email. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io.
• MailerLite stores newsletter and course-waitlist subscribers and sends those emails. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. MailerLite's privacy policy is at mailerlite.com.
• Google provides analytics (Google Analytics), our booking calendar (Google Calendar), and web fonts (Google Fonts). Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Our hosting provider stores the website and standard server logs.

If you ask us to connect you with a partner (for example, for business formation, banking, legal, or insurance), we share only what's needed for that introduction, and only with your OK.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you or do what you asked. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you
